What You’ll Do
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales of devices, accessories, and service plans.
- Consistently exceed monthly sales targets in new devices, repairs, protection plans, and add-on services.
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Provide expert knowledge of mobile devices, wireless carriers, financing options, and protection plans.
- Work alongside your team to ensure the store hits and surpasses performance goals.
- Support customers with service, troubleshooting, and account needs—always with a focus on converting every interaction into a sales opportunity.
