We are seeking a skilled Cell Phone Technician to join our team, providing expert repair and technical support for a wide range of mobile devices. Operating Hours
- Monday to Saturday : 10:00 Am - 7:00 Pm
- Sunday: 11:00 am - 5:00 Pm
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on mobile devices, including Android, iOS, and Windows-based phones and tablets
- Perform screen replacements, battery swaps, charging‑port repairs, camera module replacements, and other component-level fixes for phones and computers
- Conduct soldering and micro‑soldering repairs on circuit boards, connectors, and delicate electronic components
- Read and interpret schematics, board layouts, and technical manuals to identify faults and implement accurate repair solutions
- Troubleshoot software issues, perform system updates, remove malware, and install operating systems for mobile devices and computers (Windows, macOS)
- Use precision hand tools and specialized equipment to safely disassemble, repair, and reassemble devices without causing damage
- Provide in‑person technical support to customers in retail environments or during field service visits
- Assist in diagnosing computer hardware issues that affect mobile device connectivity or performance
- Maintain detailed repair logs, including diagnostics performed, parts used, repair steps taken, and final outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience working with mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets
- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, Windows
- Proficiency with soldering techniques and electronic component repair
- Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and equipment repair procedures
- Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex hardware and software issues
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for delicate repairs
- Experience providing technical support in retail or field service environments is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings
