Job Summary:
We're hiring a Cell Phone Repair Technician. No experience? No problem. If you're good with your hands, a fast learner, and comfortable talking with customers, we’ll teach you the rest.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair phones, tablets, and other small electronics
- Deliver top-notch customer service, in person and over the phone
- Handle check-ins, updates, and invoicing through our system
- Stay organized and maintain a clean workspace
- Learn and follow CPR’s repair processes and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working with small parts and tools
- Willing to learn and be trained on repair techniques
- Prior experience in tech repair is a plus—but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
