Sales Associate / Electronics Repair Technician
We're looking for a dependable, customer-friendly person to join our electronics repair team. You'll help customers at the counter and perform repairs on phones, tablets, computers, and other common consumer electronics.
What you'll do:
- Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets, including screens, batteries, charging issues, cameras, and other common failures.
- Troubleshoot Windows and Mac computers and perform common hardware and software repairs.
- Assist customers in person and explain repair options in clear, understandable terms.
- Check devices in and out, document repairs, and maintain accurate repair records.
- Perform device testing and quality-control checks before returning equipment to customers.
- Help with basic retail sales and recommend appropriate accessories or services.
- Keep the workbench and customer areas organized.
What we're looking for:
- Electronics repair experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.
- Comfortable working with small parts and hand tools.
- Basic understanding of smartphones, computers, and consumer electronics.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer-service and communication skills.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Soldering or advanced electronics experience is a plus, not required.
Pay: $12–$14/hour, depending on experience
Hours: 10–40 hours per week; part-time or full-time opportunities available.
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
