- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Execute welding tasks as needed to repair or fabricate equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Supervise maintenance staff during specific projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal in various properties.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment status.
Experience
Candidates should have:
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance practices.
- Experience in supervising teams or projects is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
