Primary ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Oversight
- Provide leadership in financial planning, management, and reporting to align with organizational goals.
- Advise senior leadership and the Board on fiscal strategy, long-term planning, and policy development.
- Create and maintain financial controls, procedures, and compliance systems.
Budgeting & Accounting Management
- Lead the annual budgeting process across all programs and departments.
- Prepare consolidated budgets, forecasts, and cost analyses.
- Perform cost accounting and unit cost studies to guide rate setting and funding alignment.
- Track budget performance and report variances to leadership.
Grant & Contract Fiscal Management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and private grant requirements.
- Prepare and submit grant vouchers, claims, and financial reports.
- Monitor program expenditures and identify any spending risks.
- Support audits, tax filings, and financial reporting tied to grants and contracts.
Treasury & Cash Flow
- Manage daily banking activities and oversee cash flow operations.
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions.
- Assist with investment planning alongside the Executive Director and Board Treasurer.
- Maintain up-to-date fiscal policies approved by the Board.
Human Resources & Administrative Support
- Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Support HR policy development and organizational structure.
- Manage contracts related to IT services, building maintenance, and risk management.
Compliance, Reporting & Audit Oversight
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP and all regulatory requirements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and present updates during Board meetings.
- Lead coordination of annual audits and ensure timely submission of fiscal documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
