Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Strategic Planning
- Direct all financial operations, including planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Partner with senior leadership and the Board to guide fiscal strategy and long-term objectives.
- Establish strong financial controls and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Budget Oversight & Accounting
- Lead the full budgeting cycle for all departments and programs.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and cost analyses.
- Conduct unit cost and cost accounting studies to ensure accurate rate development.
- Provide timely variance reports to leadership to support decision-making.
Grant Administration & Fiscal Compliance
- Manage financial requirements for federal, state, and private grants.
- Prepare and track grant vouchers, claims, and fiscal reporting.
- Monitor grant expenditures and identify potential funding issues.
- Coordinate audits and ensure accurate, on-time completion of fiscal reports.
Cash Flow & Treasury Functions
- Oversee daily banking activities and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Board Treasurer on investment planning.
- Maintain and update Board-approved fiscal policies.
Human Resources & Administrative Operations
- Manage payroll and ensure adherence to employment laws.
- Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and organizational processes.
- Oversee contracts related to IT, facility maintenance, and risk management.
Reporting & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all financial records comply with GAAP and applicable laws.
- Prepare monthly Board financial reports and present updates during Board meetings.
- Lead coordination of annual audits and ensure all required filings are completed accurately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
