Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up mail from box- daily
- Scan notices from mail into Notice Ninja
- Send child support notices from mail to CSR
- Route any other mail to appropriate individuals
- Track packages for weekly payments and QTR mailings
- Enter proof of receipt into Notice Ninja
- Go to post office to submit outgoing mail- 2 times a week
- Quarterlies to enter info into quarterly tracker
- File paperwork for quarterlies and weekly payments
- Gather rejected 8655 from emails
- Determine what CSR has rejected client
- Office supplies and stock ordering for the tax department
- Preparation of zero tax coupons
- Admin experience (1 year preferred)
- Associate degree preferred
- Driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to the success of our clients and internal team members
- Ability to multitask and be organized
- Excellent communication skills
