Cozy Cat Resort is Boise's premier luxury cat boarding resort. We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator who takes pride in maintaining a beautiful facility, providing outstanding care for our feline guests, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
This is not a desk job. You'll spend most of your day on your feet caring for cats, cleaning, organizing, and helping keep our resort running smoothly. If you enjoy staying active, notice the little details, and take pride in doing things the right way, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As our Guest Experience & Operations Lead, you'll help lead the daily operation of Cozy Cat Resort. You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for both our clients and their cats while helping ensure the resort operates smoothly every day.
Client Experience
- Welcome clients during check-in and check-out appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client questions with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule reservations and assist clients in selecting the best accommodations for their cats
- Give tours to prospective clients
- Write thoughtful daily updates with photos that give owners peace of mind
- Build lasting relationships with clients through outstanding service
Daily Operations & Team Leadership
- Help oversee the daily operation of the resort
- Lead, support, and work alongside 1–2 Cattery Technicians during each shift
- Delegate tasks and help ensure work is completed efficiently and to our standards
- Monitor quality throughout the day and maintain our exceptionally high standards
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Help train new team members and reinforce established procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization
Cat Care
- Ensure every cat receives exceptional care and individual attention
- Feed cats and monitor appetite, behavior, and overall health
- Administer medications according to detailed instructions
- Provide enrichment and affection based on each cat's personality
- Recognize and communicate any health concerns promptly
Resort Appearance
- Maintain a spotless, organized, and welcoming facility
- Clean and disinfect suites, litter boxes, dishes, and common areas
- Assist with occasional light maintenance projects such as painting, organizing storage areas, installing shelving, and minor repairs
- Take pride in creating an environment that reflects the premium experience Cozy Cat Resort is known for

Physical Requirements
This is an active position.
Applicants should be able to:
- Stand and walk for most of the workday
- Frequently bend, kneel, squat, and lift
- Lift up to 50 pounds independently
- Work around cats and cleaning products without allergies that would interfere with daily duties
Schedule
Part-time (15-20 hrs) and Full-time (up to 35 hours) per week.
Because we care for cats 365 days a year, applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays as part of a regular schedule. Additional shifts may occasionally be available based on business needs.
