Cozy Cat Resort is Boise's premier luxury cat boarding resort. We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator who takes pride in maintaining a beautiful facility, providing outstanding care for our feline guests, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
This is not a desk job. You'll spend most of your day on your feet caring for cats, cleaning, organizing, and helping keep our resort running smoothly. If you enjoy staying active, notice the little details, and take pride in doing things the right way, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Every day is a little different, but responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional care for our cat guests
- Feeding cats and monitoring appetite, behavior, and overall health
- Cleaning and disinfecting luxury suites, townhouses, litter boxes, dishes, and common areas
- Administering basic medications according to detailed instructions
- Providing enrichment and affection based on each cat's personality
- Writing thoughtful daily updates with photos for clients
- Assisting with check-in and check-out appointments
- Giving tours to prospective clients
- Tracking supplies and helping maintain inventory
- Maintaining an organized, spotless, and safe facility
- Performing occasional light maintenance projects such as painting, installing shelves, or making minor repairs
- Following detailed procedures and checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Previous experience with animals is preferred but not required if you have a genuine passion for cats and are eager to learn.
Physical Requirements
This is an active, physical position. You should be able to:
- Stand and walk throughout your entire shift
- Frequently bend, kneel, squat, and lift
- Lift up to 50 pounds independently
- Because of our work environment, applicants should not have allergies that would be aggravated by exposure to cats or cleaning products.
Schedule
Business hours include weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Employees are hired for regular schedules but must be available to work other shifts when business needs require.
