Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team of roofing sales associates
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and goals
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, sales targets, and pipeline reviews
- Handle high-value clients and close your own sales to lead by example
- Conduct regular ride-alongs, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions
- Support team in understanding product knowledge, insurance claim processes, and customer service best practices
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless handoff from sales to execution
- Oversee use of CRM systems and ensure accurate recordkeeping of leads, estimates, and contracts
- Represent Coxco at industry events, networking opportunities, and community functions
Qualifications
- 5 years of roofing or residential construction sales experience, with 2 years in a management or leadership role
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop sales professionals
- Deep understanding of roofing systems, storm restoration, and insurance claims
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Track record of exceeding sales goals and managing a team to success
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM platforms
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
