Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Roofing Sales Representative based in Dallas, TX, allowing for a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with customers, assessing roofing needs, providing accurate estimates, and guiding clients through the sales and project delivery process. This position involves both client interaction and collaboration with production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and structures, including Roofs and Waterproofing.
- Experience with hands-on work such as Carpentry and Insulation.
- Comfort and safety awareness related to Working at Height.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to sales and client engagement.
- Prior sales experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus.
- Basic understanding of construction processes is beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for work.
