Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support daily production activities to meet quality and productivity goals.
- Lead and motivate team members, assigning tasks based on skills and workload demands.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, documentation, and records.
- Monitor workflow and proactively communicate production issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on procedures, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Ensure employees have the materials and resources needed to perform their work efficiently.
- Assist with shipping, inventory movement, and production tracking.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational goals.
- Communicate team performance and operational updates to supervisors and management.
Desired Background/Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of production experience.
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Other Information:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
2nd Shift Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00pm
