Cowan Realtors is a trusted and established real estate company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a professional, organized, and friendly Afternoon Receptionist to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Afternoon Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients and agents in the afternoon and plays an important role in keeping the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and agents in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
- Maintain and organize office files and records
- Prepare and manage outgoing and incoming mailings
- Assist with maintaining and updating the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) system
- Provide general administrative support to agents as needed
- Close and secure the office at the end of the business day
Qualifications:
- Prior office or receptionist experience preferred (real estate experience a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with MLS systems a plus
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
