Real Estate Processor
Rooney & Ranzau, Ltd. & Flag City Title Agency, Inc. – Findlay, Ohio
Our law firm and title agency were established in 2012. One of our main areas of focus is real estate. We close both residential and commercial real estate transactions. We work closely with homeowners, investors, developers, lenders and real estate agents throughout the process. We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Processor to join our team.
Overview of the Position:
We are looking for an experienced, detail oriented, and professional real estate processor to handle real estate closings from contract to post-closing. The candidate should be able to multitask, manage multiple files effectively, and be ready for a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare, review, and process real estate closing documents for residential or commercial transactions
· Coordinate with lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and clients to ensure smooth and timely closings
· Order payoffs
· Clear Requirements
· Provide outstanding customer service
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
· Handle post-closing matters
Qualifications:
· Would prefer a minimum of 1 year’s experience in real estate transactions
· Working knowledge of Qualia software is a plus but not required
· Familiarity with title work, settlement statements, and closing disclosures
· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: 40,000-45,000
Expected hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
