Job Description:
Covina Volkswagen is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented HR / Data Entry Coordinator to support our dealership operations. This role combines HR administrative duties with accurate data entry and system management.
The ideal candidate has experience working with dealership and payroll systems, is highly organized, and can handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain accurate employee and dealership records
- Assist with onboarding, HR paperwork, and personnel files
- Support payroll processing and timekeeping
- Work within dealership and HR systems including CDK, Paycom, and ADP
- Maintain data accuracy across multiple platforms
- Coordinate hiring processes, interviews, and new hire setup
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Ensure confidentiality of all employee and company information
Qualifications:
- Experience with CDK (Dealership Management System) required or strongly preferred
- Experience with Paycom and/or ADP payroll systems preferred
- Previous HR, administrative, or data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
Compensation:
- $21–$25/hour (depending on experience)
