Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimize email campaigns that drive lead generation, conversions, and renewals.
- Segment audiences using behavioral and demographic data for personalization and engagement.
- Manage automated lifecycle flows (welcome, renewal, reactivation, upsell).
- Run A/B tests and analyze KPIs to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- 3 years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, ideally in insurance, finance, or automotive.
- Expertise with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
- Strong writing and analytical skills; basic HTML knowledge preferred
