OVERVIEW 

The Director, Digital and Performance Strategy is a pivotal role that spearheads the business modeling and data analytics  for a key luxury automotive brand. This leadership position is dual-focused, requiring the visionary acumen to guide performance marketing strategy with a business-centric approach and the analytical expertise to lead a data analytics division. The role demands a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on revenue management, data-backed decision making, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with a commitment to achieving defined goals and performance metrics. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 

Performance Marketing Leadership: 

  • Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies that will meet or exceed client sales and performance targets. 
  • Lead the CRM strategy, enhancing customer lifecycle management, acquisition, retention, and loyalty, while providing strategic insights at every stage of planning, execution, analysis, and optimization. 
  • Provide strategies for website content, design, and user experience, ensuring it aligns with marketing goals as well as UX and SEO best practices.
  • Work with media and channel teams to optimize channel performance in ways that drive brand awareness, considerations, and conversion.   
  • Collaborate with clients, agencies, media, and channel teams to develop meaningful KPIs that drive performance across the consumer journey.
  • Spearhead the identification and adoption of  technology and data solutions that will enhance the customer experience while continually optimizing business performance metrics. 

Analytics Management 

  • Shape and execute the digital analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives. 
  • Build and manage a high-performing analytics team capable of generating actionable insights. 
  • Maintain data governance standards across all analytic platforms for quality, integrity, and consistency. 
  • Develop and oversee reporting and visualization tools, including comprehensive dashboards and reports for omnichannel stakeholders. 
  • Innovate by staying abreast of the latest tools, techniques, and methodologies in analytics, incorporating these into the team’s workflow. 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 
  • 8 years of experience in performance marketing, revenue management, analytics and/or data science, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. 
  • 3 years of automotive and/or luxury brand experience preferred. 
  • Proficiency with analytic tools (e.g., Adobe, GA4, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, R, Python) and data warehousing solutions. 
  • Expertise in various digital marketing disciplines, such as SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate data findings to influence business strategy. 
  • Expert-level task/project management skills are a must. We operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders to clearly articulate strategic direction.

Salary range: $165,600 to $177,650

Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: years of experience, client, training, and transferable skills.

Salary : $165,600 - $177,650
