INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a Digital Account Executive to join our team!
This is a long-term contract role with access to benefits.
We are a hybrid workplace, x3 days week onsite. Candidate must reside in SoCal.
Must have 2 years digital/web experience in a client services function.
The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of client’s automotive website initiatives and online platforms. This role needs to have experience in a (digital) agency or client services environment. The successful candidate should possess good client contact skills including, but not limited to, conducting presentations, trouble-shooting problems and thinking on their feet.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for content and authoring day-to-day tasks within web CMS, including adding/editing content (copy, images, video) to compose updates for approvals.
- Conduct dealership test drive onboarding training and program support via email and video conferencing
- Coordinate daily with clients and vendors to align on weekly live broadcast show requirements.
- Deliver on (small to medium sized scope) site updates and self-contained projects unaided. Takes ownership of deliverables and facilitates work effectively across internal teams and vendors.
- Brief creative and production teams on project initiatives including website maintenance, development, and asset generation
- Identify key stakeholders and disseminate information as necessary
- Present/communicate progress and outcome of projects to clients and determine best next steps
- Facilitate internal and client reviews, update status documents, legal routing, contact reports, and meeting coordination
- Results owner – can articulate past results and measurements strategy/optimizations
- Be the steward of the agency’s brand management system and show solid knowledge of the client’s business (including pricing, product, sales, marketing channels, strategies, and competitive landscape).
Management Responsibilities
- Oversee the efforts of junior staff
- Oversee internal process
- Manages relationships with ongoing partners/vendors
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience in a client services function in marketing or advertising
- Ad Agency experience a big plus
- Knowledgeable in MS software, Word, Power Point, and Excel
- Knowledgeable in web development process
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Ability to assess a situation and make sound judgment calls / recommendations
- Foster positive relationships with clients, external partners, and internal teams

The salary for this role is $70,304. Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: client, experience, training and/or transferable skills.
