We are seeking an experienced onsite paralegal to join our Newport Beach office.

This role is responsible for managing and coordinating with multiple law firms, supporting corporate and litigation matters, and assisting with compliance-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison with outside law firms, coordinating case management and communication.
• Review, draft, and organize legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Assist with compliance matters, including telemarketing regulations and related policies (knowledge of TCPA is a plus, but not required).
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, reports, and memoranda for internal teams.
• Maintain and update case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and legal standards.
• Support attorneys and leadership with workflow, deadlines, and strategic planning.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assist internal teams in implementing compliance measures.

Qualifications

• Experience, preferably in corporate, litigation, or regulatory support roles.
• Proven experience coordinating with external counsel and managing multiple legal matters simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and standard office software.
• Knowledge of TCPA or telemarketing compliance is nice-to-have, but not required.
