About the Role
We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Email Specialist to join our in-office marketing team in Orange County. In this role, you’ll develop and optimize data-driven email campaigns that engage drivers, strengthen customer relationships, and generate measurable growth.
You’ll balance creative storytelling with analytical precision, building lifecycle campaigns that educate, convert, and retain customers while maintaining compliance with all industry and privacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and optimize email campaigns that drive lead generation, conversions, and renewals.
- Segment audiences using behavioral and demographic data for personalization and engagement.
- Manage automated lifecycle flows (welcome, renewal, reactivation, upsell).
- Run A/B tests and analyze KPIs to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, ideally in insurance, finance, or automotive.
- Expertise with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
- Strong writing and analytical skills; basic HTML knowledge preferred
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
