What You’ll Do
· Assist with overseeing daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and service
· Ensure meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and to high culinary standards
· Support menu planning and make adjustments based on resident preferences, dietary needs, and budget considerations
· Train, schedule, and mentor kitchen staff in collaboration with culinary leadership
· Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and minimize waste
· Enforce sanitation, safety, and HACCP standards at all times
· Oversee proper use and care of kitchen equipment
· Complete food production and operational records accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
· Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a professional kitchen
· Food Handler’s Certification and knowledge of HACCP standards
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
· Experience with menu development, recipe creation, and food costing
· Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
· A positive, team-oriented attitude and passion for quality food and service
