Position Overview
The Dining Services Supervisor is responsible for all front-of-house operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for residents, guests, and team members alike. This hands-on leadership role requires a service-oriented professional who can balance operations management with genuine relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all front-of-house operations for a full-service restaurant and bar
- Establish and uphold high customer service standards
- Handle guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu development and promotions
- Manage ABC inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Oversee equipment maintenance and cleanliness

Qualifications
