Job Title - Technical Support Technician
Location - Onsite in Cincinnati, OH 45241
Role Type - Contract (3 months)
Must Have Skills:
- Proven experience in an IT support role with strong customer support focus
- Full understanding of Windows environments and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- A Certification
- Ability to travel as needed and pass a driving record review
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to business users, ensuring minimal downtime
- Configure, deploy, and upgrade desktop hardware and systems
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot software and standard desktop applications
- Monitor systems and perform imaging, PC deployment, and hardware upgrades
- Manage and resolve ServiceDesk tickets using ServiceNow
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and maintenance engineers when necessary
- Support multiple users in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Participate in after-hours or emergency support situations as needed
- Travel to support additional office locations when required
- Contribute to IT projects, innovation initiatives, and process improvements
- Deliver excellent customer service while balancing multiple priorities
