Job Title - EDI Application Development Manager
Location - Remote in the U.S. (preference for candidates near Chicago, IL; Tampa, FL; or Dallas, TX; occasional in-office final interview)
Role Type - Contract-to-Hire (6 months)

Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Lead and develop an EDI team of approximately 10 resources, including full-time employees, consultants, and offshore support
- Drive the evolution of the EDI function into a broader enterprise-level service capability
- Provide both technical guidance and strategic leadership across EDI initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to expand EDI services across the organization
- Oversee delivery tied to significant business impact, supporting operations tied to $20M in annual revenue
- Establish best practices, standards, and scalable processes for EDI development and operations
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering growth, accountability, and performance excellence
- Act as a key stakeholder in executive-level discussions, providing insights and recommendations
- Handle complex challenges with a solutions-oriented and consultative approach
- Build internal partnerships and position the EDI function as a value-driving service within the organization
