Covenant Health is seeking a Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) to support and lead business office operations across our skilled nursing facilities throughout New England.
This is an exciting opportunity to guide local Business Office Managers, ensure compliance, and drive financial excellence in a mission-based healthcare organization.
- Oversee and support business office operations across multiple post-acute care facilities.
- Ensure accurate billing and compliance for Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and private pay.
- Monitor AR aging, collections, and denial management performance.
- Provide training, mentorship, and on-site support to Business Office Managers.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
- Drive process improvement and standardization across facilities.
- Serve as a key liaison between facility teams and corporate leadership.
- 3–5 years of business office management experience in a skilled nursing or senior care setting.
- Expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care billing.
- Strong knowledge of AR reports, cash flow, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel regularly (up to 75%) to Covenant Health facilities across New England.
Preferred:
- Regional or multi-facility experience.
- Experience with acquisitions, system transitions, or large-scale process improvement initiatives.
