As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll work face-to-face with customers every day, helping them find the phone and plan that actually fits their life. You're trained from day one, so no wireless or sales background is required — just the drive to hit your numbers and grow your income.
What a Retail Sales Associate Does Day to Day:
- Talk with customers in person about phones and plans, matching them to what they actually need
- Explain pricing, promotions, and upgrade options clearly, no jargon
- Handle new activations, account changes, and plan swaps
- Build product knowledge to answer questions with confidence
- Drive sales through honest, helpful conversations, not pressure
What We Look for in a Retail Sales Associate:
- Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service
- Comfortable talking to people face-to-face
- Reliable and coachable — we'll teach you the process
