Covenant Apex Solutions is looking for an Entry-Level Team Member to join our Austin retail team, representing one of the country's most recognized wireless brands. As an Entry-Level Team Member, you'll be the face customers see when they walk in — answering questions, solving problems, and helping them leave with the right plan for their life. Full training is provided, so no wireless background is needed, just a genuine interest in helping people.
What an Entry-Level Team Member Does Day to Day:
- Greet customers and guide them through their options in person
- Troubleshoot account issues and resolve service concerns
- Recommend plans, devices, and add-ons based on what customers actually need
- Process activations, upgrades, and account changes accurately
- Keep the retail floor running smoothly alongside your team
What We Look for in an Entry-Level Team Member:
- Strong communication skills and patience under pressure
- Comfortable working directly with the public all day
- Detail-oriented and reliable
