Covenant Apex Solutions is hiring a Retail Brand Ambassador to represent one of the largest wireless brands in the country at our Austin location. As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you'll connect with customers face-to-face every shift, introducing them to the latest devices, plans, and promotions. You'll be trained from day one, so prior wireless experience isn't required — just energy, confidence, and a drive to grow.
What a Retail Brand Ambassador Does Day to Day:
- Engage customers on the retail floor and spark genuine conversations about their needs
- Present devices, plans, and current promotions clearly and confidently
- Support activations, upgrades, and account changes
- Build repeat business through strong customer relationships
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
What We Look for in a Retail Brand Ambassador:
- Outgoing personality comfortable with face-to-face sales
- Previous retail, sales, or customer-facing experience a plus, not required
- Coachable and motivated by results
