Looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) role with steady weekday hours in a school setting in Sacramento? In this position, you’ll support K–12 students throughout the school day.
If you have experience as an ABA Technician, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or classroom behavioral aide, this role offers hands-on experience supporting student success in Sacramento.

What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support
- Reinforce positive behaviors during classroom activities
- Implement behavior strategies from IEP or 504 plans
- Track and document student progress daily
- Collaborate with teachers and school support staff
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or GED
- ABA or behavioral support experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work during school hours
