You’ll have steady demand, strong inbound applicant flow, and direct ownership of your placements. The focus is on school-based roles across behavioral services and healthcare, with needs that stay active throughout the year.

This is a hybrid role with three in-office days each week at HQ in Scottsdale. Base salary is $58K with uncapped commissions tied directly to your placements.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for school-based roles
• Work a steady pipeline of active openings
• Screen and engage a high volume of inbound applicants
• Source candidates through outreach and referrals as needed
• Handle interviews, offers, and start coordination
• Build relationships that lead to repeat placements

What You’ll Bring

• 2 years of agency or high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience managing a large, active candidate pipeline
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Strong judgment when assessing candidate fit
• Clear communication and follow-through
• Interest in a commission-driven role
