We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician who is fluent in a second language (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavioral therapy strategies that promote positive growth and development. $23–$27/hr based on experience and credentials.

What You’ll Do
- Work 1:1 with clients in their home, school, or community setting.
- Implement individualized ABA programs designed by a BCBA.
- Collect and record session data using easy-to-use technology.
- Collaborate with your BCBA and receive regular supervision.
- Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Availability for afternoon/evening shifts (weekdays).
- Passion for helping individuals with autism reach their potential.
- Fluent in a second language (e.g., Mandarin preferred) with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages
Preferred:
- RBT credential or 6 months ABA experience.
- Bilingual skills.
