We’re hiring an experienced Staff Pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity in Memphis, TN. You’ll work with pharmacy technicians and other pharmacy staff to provide safe, accurate patient care while keeping day-to-day pharmacy operations running smoothly.
This is a full-time position offering up to $75/hr, with a standard 5x8 schedule. Some locations may also offer longer 11 or 12-hour shifts.

What You’ll Do
- Fill, review, and verify prescriptions for accuracy and safety
- Counsel patients on medications, proper use, interactions, and potential side effects
- Oversee daily pharmacy workflow and help minimize patient wait times
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and other pharmacy staff
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Manage controlled substances, inventory, ordering, and required documentation
- Assist with insurance, reimbursement, and third-party issues
- Participate in immunization and other clinical pharmacy programs
- Help maintain appropriate staffing and pharmacy productivity
- Build relationships with patients and local healthcare providers
- Support pharmacy performance, patient service, and operational goals
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited U.S. School of Pharmacy
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing
- At least 2 years of retail pharmacy experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication and patient service skills
- Ability to supervise and support pharmacy staff
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, prescription processing, and controlled substance requirements
- Ability to maintain required certifications and continuing education
