We’re hiring a Pharmacy Manager in Summerville, SC. You’ll oversee daily pharmacy operations, support and develop your team, and make sure patients receive safe, accurate, and efficient care. What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
- Lead and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
- Ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and efficiently
- Counsel patients and answer medication-related questions
- Administer immunizations and support clinical pharmacy services
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Oversee inventory, controlled substances, and pharmacy documentation
- Support staffing, scheduling, and team development
- Help maintain a high level of patient service and pharmacy performance
What We’re Looking For
- Active South Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing
- Previous retail pharmacy experience
- Pharmacy leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements
- Ability to lead a pharmacy team and manage day-to-day operations
- Current immunization certification, as required
