Supervisory Responsibilities
- Create and develop first-class activities and entertainment program that is comprehensive, high quality, and fun.
- Hire, train, and develop your Lifestyle team to provide outstanding and memorable experiences for guests.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and implement entertainment and activities that delight our guests and generate positive feedback at the property through social media channels.
- Manage social media marketing and content on social media platforms.
- Schedule community facilities for events, working closely with property management to schedule activities.
- Work closely with group leaders (wagon masters) to coordinate special activities and rental spaces.
- Coordinate all rentals of facilities with guests, completing contracts and collecting deposits and/or payments.
- Requests for scheduled events will be accommodated unless scheduling conflicts exist. The community facilities are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, for times, dates, and locations.
- Ensure that all events and activity programs are executed smoothly and according to the distributed schedule.
- Work directly with guests and fellow managers to address complaints and rectify issues.
- Develop strong relationships with our vendors and partners to minimize any disruptions to events.
- Work closely with property management to maintain the budget and drive revenue.
- Assist in advertising and promoting scheduled community events.
- Update calendar on community website frequently.
- Supports and follows Cove Communities and Cypress policy at all times.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management, business management, or directing an activities program
- Proficient working with Microsoft Office applications and social media
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective long-term relationships with both guests and employees
- Analytical & creative approach to problem solving
- Detail-oriented

$45,000
