What will you do?
- Birchstreet ownership of LIMs (new/old items and pricing), daily/weekly receiving, and monthly inventory.
- Train staff and managers on proper use of Birchstreet to ensure inventory and AP accuracy. Assist with month and year end duties.

Coordinate with the property accounting team on invoice and receiving tracking as needed to ensure the
timely receipt and payment of vendor invoices.

Assist with Recipes and Monitor F&B cost fluctuations and advise Chef and Beverage team of major changes to
ensure F&B cost to plan.
- Assist with cyclic inventories in F&B and Retail departments as required.
- Additional tasks as assigned by manager.
More about you
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience with inventory management and using a purchasing system; Birchstreet experience is a plus.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic math skills.
- Experience training others in a team setting.
- Strong leadership skills working across multiple departments and understanding the organizational structure.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Physical requirements
- Must have the ability to walk all over the property to inventory all products.
- Must be able to lift to 50lbs as needed.
- Some time may be spent in coolers/freezers at a low temperature for short periods of time while conducting inventory.
