Position Summary
The Operations Supervisor supports the daily hotel operation by providing leadership across departments, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational efficiency. This role works closely with department leaders and team members to ensure seamless execution of hotel procedures and service expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and support front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Monitor service delivery and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members.
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and productivity initiatives.
- Conduct operational inspections and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support department leaders in achieving service, quality, and financial goals.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and operational reports.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hotel supervisory experience; Marriott experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
