Position Summary
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in accordance with Marriott standards while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen efficiency. This role requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively during high-volume service periods. The Line Cook will also support all areas of the kitchen during slower periods, assisting with prep work, organization, cleaning, inventory management, and other operational needs to ensure an efficient and well-maintained culinary operation.
