Duties
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
- Utilize phone systems to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Prepare reports detailing daily activities, occupancy rates, and revenue generated.
- Assist with guest relations by providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during night hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and phone systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
