Join our dynamic hospitality team! We are currently looking for individuals in the following roles: Front Desk Associate, Night Auditor, Bistro Attendant, and Housekeeping Specialist!
You will be the welcoming face of our property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints. You will play a vital part in creating memorable stays. Whether assisting guests with inquiries, coordinating reservations through advanced property management systems like OPERA, or ensuring smooth night operations, you'll thrive in a fast-paced setting dedicated to excellence.
These positions have different responsibilities, some of which include:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently using property management systems (PMS), and handle reservations with precision.
- Conduct nightly audits to reconcile financial transactions, verify guest accounts, and prepare reports for management.
- Provide attentive bistro service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a lively dining environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas through thorough housekeeping procedures.
- Manage front desk duties including answering phone calls with professional phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries promptly, and resolving customer service issues proactively.
- Enforce hotel policies and emergency procedures to ensure safety and security for all guests and staff.
- Collaborate with multilingual teams to enhance guest relations and provide personalized service to diverse clientele.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel operations.
- Proficiency with property management systems such as OPERA or similar hotel software.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and client communication.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse guest base effectively.
- Experience with front desk operations, night audit procedures, and hotel emergency protocols.
- Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.
- Background in resort or hotel experience is preferred to ensure seamless guest interactions and service delivery.
