- Manage revenue streams through effective pricing strategies, budgeting, and financial planning to maximize profitability
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest safety
- Handle guest relations by resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure memorable experiences
- Oversee night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems to maintain smooth communication flow across departments
- Monitor hotel facilities regularly to uphold quality standards in guest accommodations and amenities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management with supervising responsibilities in a resort or hotel setting
