We are looking to hire an experienced Collision Estimator for our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented, detail-oriented, quality-minded estimator who is looking to find a permanent home in their career field with Courtesy! Fast pace! No Saturdays!
Responsibilities:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Self-Motivated Individual who is able to work in a fast-paced production shop
Must be experienced with auto insurance estimating requirements and direct repair programs
Ability to communicate with others, verbal and written
Working estimating knowledge, including systems
Strong sales orientation
Knowledge of CCC estimating system and I-Car certification a plus
Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles for damages and evaluate using visual inspection, road tests, and information provided by the customer
- Evaluate necessity and cost of repairs
- Communicate with insurance after reviewing damage
- Discuss damages with customer, repair process and timeline and costs
- Create accurate estimates that breaks out costs (parts, labor, etc.)
- Create work orders detailing all elements of repair
- Maintain communication with customer and answer questions as needed
- Keeps record of repair details and complete necessary paperwork
- Effectively manage multiple repairs simultaneously
- Implement an effective quality check process upon completion
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
