Courtesy Kia is seeking a Lot Attendant to maintain vehicle inventory and dealership lot presentation. This role ensures vehicles are clean, organized, and positioned to support sales operations and deliver a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain interior and exterior vehicle appearance
- Place buyer guides, stock tags, and required materials in vehicles
- Organize and maintain lot according to dealership standards
- Move and stage vehicles as directed by management
- Create and manage vehicle key tags and inventory records
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles between locations
- Standing, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods
- Driving and parking vehicles safely on the lot
- Performing repetitive tasks such as cleaning and organizing
- Lifting and handling materials (light to moderate weight)
- Working in varying weather conditions
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Previous dealership or lot experience
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
