Dispatcher / Customer Service
We are looking for a dependable punctual organized dispatcher to keep our daily operations running smoothly, this role is a key point of communication between customers and service technicians. Daily Task's include
- Coordinate and route septic pump trucks efficiently throughout the day
- Schedule rental deliveries and equipment pickups
- Anwer incoming phone calls and respond to customers regarding scheduling and service updates
- Work closely with drivers and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage emails and assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Help resolve scheduling conflicts and operational challenges
- Maintain accurate records and scheduling information
