Associate’s degree from a recognized college or university with emphasis in culinary arts and two years in a supervisory capacity in long term care foodservice or a large quantity cookery or any combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities.CERTIFICATION: ServSafe Certification Required. Food Manager’s Certification preferred.
Salary : $63,606 - $92,248
