- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Requires working in the warehouse area unloading trucks using a power or hand truck to move pallets.
- Moves incoming products to proper storage locations and rotates stock as necessary.
- Distributes weekly staples, non-food products to the Neshaminy Manor Home and other locations as necessary.
- Heavy lifting (i.e., moves 55-gallon drums).
- Maintains complete inventory figures of products stored in warehouse area.
- Must learn all aspects of procurement including record keeping, product locations and specifications and ordering products from various outside vendors.
- Serves as backup for the following areas: central supply, mail delivery and distribution and receiving.
- May be required to perform additional work that follows prescribed or well-established procedures that can be learned within a reasonable time by training on the job. More detailed instructions, as to the nature of their duties, will be given to employees at the beginning of work.
