Parts Distribution Warehousemen

Overview

Reports to Operations Manager

Plan and execute assigned orders to exceed customer expectations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain profitability for McCollister’s and its members. 

Works as part of the McCollister’s electronics warehouse to load, unload, and distribute freight to meet customer and warehouse requirements.

Responsibilities 

• Pick, pack, and ship up to 100 orders a day.
• Lead/assist with inbound deliveries
• Handle freight properly to maximize efficiency and exceed customer expectations.
• Protect customer products, equipment, and facilities.
• Identify problems to the crew leader.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift.
• Ship and receive customer products- ensure all products are received by customers in good condition.
• Asset scanning system.
• Paperwork, load/unload documents.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.

Education 

• Equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Experience 

• A minimum 2 years’ warehouse experience and be proficient at loading, unloading, receiving, and paperwork management
• Forklift and bar-coding experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Positive communication skills
• Competent computer skills
• Candidate must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Must be organized
• Proven track record of working in a team environment and autonomously
