- POSITION SUMMARY**:
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Able to read and understand blueprints.
- Able to write estimates accurately.
- Is proficient in all phases of construction carpentry, including installation of sheet rock, roofing materials, etc.
- Is proficient in all phases of shop work, including finish work such as making cabinets & shelves, etc.
- Is able to operate all necessary shop equipment.
- Can work without direct supervision.
- When necessary, is able to direct work of others.
- Must also be able to perform other duties in various trades.
- Must have full range of personal hand tools.
- Must have knowledge of type paints and stains and their uses.
- Occasional heavy lifting as required.
- Other duties may be assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent or trade school.
- Must possess 10 years' experience in the carpentry trade.
- Must be able to drive both stick shift and automatic.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
