Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily activities while maintaining their dignity and independence.
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain cleanliness in residents' living spaces.
Qualifications:
• Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio.
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
