Countryside Manor located in Fremont, OH is seeking experienced Full-Time and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our Nightshift team.
Position Summary:
As a Countryside Manor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), you will enjoy working in an environment that promotes professional growth and development. Individuals are responsible for caring for the residents under the direction and supervision of a RN/LPN. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.
Essential Functions of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):
· Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
· Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
· Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Certification: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) certification required.
Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
